If you are going to be running a local business, you have to understand that repeat customers are going to be a big part of your business. Not only are these people your customers, but they are also your friends, your neighbors, so it sometimes baffles me how some local businesses can conduct themselves so poorly.
If you are a local business owner in the Marietta GA area, then please take some of the following tips into consideration. 1: Always be polite and courteous to your customers. 2: The customer isn't always right, so know when to be firm and always have a good evidence to back yourself up if a customer does post something negative about you online. 3: Train your employees! Do not just hire someone and believe they are going to be a miracle worker. Make sure that the employees understand how to work with people. 4: It should be about helping people first! If you take on this mentality, you will get much more happier customers and be able to solve their problems a lot more efficiently as well. I hope these few tidbits of information are enough for small business owners to really start taking their service to the next level!

Today I am going to be spotlighting a few of my favorite businesses that I have had contact with in the past year and will highlight the ones that stood out as being the best with what they do!
Lets start off with Yellow Pages: Now I know what you are thinking. "This isn't really a local business!" Well, you are right in a sense. Yellow pages has always been a handy resource for me to find lists of local businesses. They have never let me down in this regards and I have nothing but praise for them. Need some gardening done? Check out this local Marietta business! The kelly greens center has done wonders for me and my little patch of dirt in the recent years. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are friendly too! Nothing really beats that kinda service. Finally, the animal removal pros over at wildlife roundup These guys have helped me get quite a few animals out of my backyard and out from my home. I had some problems with squirrels in the past, but no longer. Click here to check them out more. |
